Our mission is to continually increase the work capacity of each individual by developing and enhancing their fitness levels across all ten general physical skills, Cardiovascular Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power,Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
This will be done by using constantly varied functional movement, based on the foundation of Crossfit’s nine fundamental movements, squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk,Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High-pull and medicine Ball Clean, Performed at high intensity.
