CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology that promotes broad and general overall physical fitness. CrossFit combines weightlifting, sprinting and gymnastics. We don’t use isolation machines or treadmills, instead we use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, olympic lifting, pull up bars, rowing, body weight, running… anything that will increase strength. CrossFit combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in Workouts of the Day (WODs) to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. CrossFit movements are functional and based on the natural movements of human beings.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
